Previously on this blog, we shared that our company has a subsidiary in India. Although we usually communicate online, directly experiencing each other’s working environment plays a very important role in strengthening collaboration between Japan and India.This time, a team member from our India office visited Japan and put together a report on the “real insights” gained during the stay.

今回はその子会社の祝日制度が日本とは異なっていて興味深かったので、ご紹介します。

以前もこのブログでご紹介しましたが、当社にはインドに子会社があります。現在約25名のインド人メンバーが在籍しており、現地で製品の開発や販売を行っています。
特に製品開発は当社の根幹であり、日本の開発チームとインドの開発チームの連携はよい製品を生み出すために重要です。日々チャットやWeb会議でコミュニケーションを取ってはいますが、それだけでは補いきれない部分もあります。

先日、インドにある子会社CACHATTO India Private Limitedより3名のメンバーが来日しました。今回の記事では、来日対応時に注意した点や新たな気づき、効果などについてご紹介します。
