当社のワーケーション制度は、外国籍社員が母国へ帰省するのに多く利用されいます。
今回は、フィリピンに約2か月帰省して結婚式を挙げたエンジニアのワーケーション体験コメントをご紹介します。

Preparing for a wedding involves a lot of things such as getting measurements and fittings for a tuxedo, talking to the events manager for the wedding venue, photography team, and even something as simple as taking dance lessons for your first dance. Those things can be quite challenging if you're out of the country, in my case I was having my wedding in the Philippines but I'm working in Japan. Without the workation system in e-Jan, preparing for any good wedding celebration would've been virtually impossible. I would've used up all my paid leaves and that would still not be enough. But thanks to the e-Jan Workation system, not only did it allow me time to get things in order for my wedding, it also afforded us time with our families over in the Philippines. I thank God for e-Jan.
